Kristen began her HR career as a recruiter for a telecom giant in 1994. She spent many years working with her clients to help them find and then hire the best employees to meet their goals and objectives. Kristen has spent the last 5 years working with clients to determine the gaps in their hiring and retention process and has successfully delivered end-to-end solutions to improve their talent management process. By analyzing the entire lifecycle of an organization’s employee (from hire to exit) gaps can be discovered and understood. Kristen was able to offer comprehensive solutions which ranged from employee forecasting, selection and retention to organizational development, performance management and exit intelligence.
